PT, that's Personal Training to those of you who don't know. I've been thinking about making Fireteam Alpha members do it at practices, actually, maybe even all CAC members. I wanted to get some feedback from you guys, would you like to see CAC doing some excersises at practices? Also, I've been thinking about having pushups as a punishment for whatever reasons come about, pretty much like the military though. Tell me what you think.

I think that that is a great idea. I dont know about the pushups. only the Rangers do that on a regular basis. Another think I was thinking about was the teamwork aspect. You know SEALs drill with there team from the time the sun goes up to the time the sun goes up again. I was thinking of some teamwork drills. When we were practicing the room clearing/cover fire drills and I got "hit" I thought we did a great job of getting me to cover. To practice I was thinking along the lines of moving with injured comrade drills and stuff.

Yeah, I'm hoping to do another CAC training day sometime soon, which, we'd do a lot of PT in. But I'm even thinking about making people do some PT at our next practice day. Personally, starting tomorrow, I'm going to be following this training schedule for the next 9 weeks- www.baseops.net/basictraining/navyseals/warningorder.html. Scroll down to where it says 'WORKOUT FOR CATEGORY l', I'm doing the running and physical training schedules, as I don't have access to a pool to do the swimming schedule.

That's a nice plan, although I'd have to sit out. My secret = I can't swim : \ We'll just have to teach you . My mom had lifeguard training when she was younger. Yes, that does sound like a good idea, plus it'd be nice to just chillax there on a hot day...

Ah, yeah, shouldn't have a problem then. I can swim short distances as of now, so shouldn't be too hard. I wouldn't mind just hanging out there either.

theres the mini put hut there Haha, that's awesome. We could run our 2 miles...do our physical exercises...swim, then everyone who makes it gets to play mini golf ;D. Seriously though, this place has potential.

Yeah, I've been through there. Creepy at night. There's a low path RIGHT next to the lake though, that's kind of interesting. Two friends and I went through it while the lake was iced over.
