www.airsoftgi.com. I think GI's prices are great, and when your order is over $100 you get free shipping ;D. The shipping and handling isn't the greatest though. When I ordered my UTG MP5, KWA M9, and other stuff, it didn't come in one big box. Instead, it was two smaller boxes simply taped together. Also, the 2 Star MP5 magazines were just on the bottom of the box, without their own boxes or protection. There was some paper padding in the box, and everything made it ok, so it wasn't too bad. It came 4 business days after processing (which took 2 days...), which isn't bad. All in all, it was pretty good, so I think I'll keep shopping there.

I just made another order from there on Friday, Sept. 22nd, and I'm...rather displeased. I ordered an A&K M4 S-System with an M100 upgrade and some accessories. On the page about the upgrade, it mentioned nothing of a waiting period for the upgrade, however I knew from past viewings of the website that the upgrade takes 7-10 days to complete. So 7 days after my order, without even an email confirming the order, I called ASGI and asked about my gun. The man said it should be shipping out the next Monday, so Monday rolls around with nothing new. On Tuesday I write an email inquiring of my order's status, the reply says that it should be shipping out on the upcoming Monday... Monday rolls around, and I wait half a day to call them. The man on the phone was the first to provide evidence to his claims, he said the gun's on the "completed list" and only needs to be tested before it ships out, which should happen the day after. That was yesterday, and I still haven't received any notifications. I'll update on the situation when something happens...

Indeed it is. Major edit: I called ASGI a last time today, and the man said the package should be arriving at it's destination today. And sure enough, it was on the front porch, I had passed right by it coming home. So yeah, afterall I guess there was something wrong with ASGI's system of notifications or something. So I guess the last couple calls weren't lies... The package arrived in good condition with good padding inside to protect the gun and accessories. So yeah, overall I guess I'm rather satisfied with the order, besides the misunderstandings.

Here's a pic of the box it came in- There was a dumpload of paper padding, well protected I'd say. Everything came in good condition and working order too.

Just made another order from ASGI a couple weeks ago, everything went well. Another +1 for them.

Well, I made my order on the first of July, and it isn't until now that they process it, but at least they processed it. I'll update this when I actually get my stuff, as of right now I'm a little irritated, but they handled my G18C rather well, so I'd still say they're good.

Yeah, they're one of the more slow airsoft retailers I know... It took them like three weeks to upgrade and ship my A&K M4, which is nonsense because I could most likely complete that upgrade within an hour. At least they do a good job and eventually ship. lol

Well, I got everything now, although the packing was a little bit meh. They basically put my AK buttplate, bolt, and lube on top of one side of my rifle bag and folded it over the other side. It came quickly once they shipped it out, though.

They did the same when I ordered my rifle bag with stuff. I guess it saves on packing peanuts since the rifle bag is well padded. What I didn't like though, was how the rifle bag was folded in my box. It took quite a few days for the crease to straiten out.

Made another order from them two weeks ago; all around good service except they labeled the UMP midcaps as 70 rounders while they only hold around 55. Otherwise great shipping and such.
