This thread is for talking about CAC money, suggestions for making more, suggestions for what to spend it on, and other things of the sort. As of now (5/1/06) CAC has $42. One person has signed up for the raffle, and another saying they will. If only those two people do the raffle, CAC will be in the hole. Also, CAC needs more people ordering NAM magazines, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!  They are $6 an issue and you can backorder. Please list any other comments or suggestions. Trevor |

Alright, CAC006 entered the raffle. So now the current balance of CAC is $52. And just to set up an organized way of keeping you guys up to date, from now on I'll just update every Sunday.

Hey my team had the same problem you guys are experiencing now, a way to make money. We are currentley thinking car wash at Walmart or a local center. We are also thinking baseball ticket raffle go to a local little league game and sell them. Lastly we thought of a bottledrive. Just some ideas. Hope it helps.

Okay, that sunday thing didn't work... Just to let you know CAC has $8  . It's got a few NAM magazines though. Once CAC has some more money, I'll get some name tapes for members, saying 'CAC', to put on your BDUs. What jackbauer suggested sounds pretty good, we should think about doing something along those lines sometime. Any ideas or comments are welcome, thanks. |

Alright guys, CAC currently has $14 and 3 NAM magazines waiting to be sold. I'm kinda bumping this topic with this post, summer's coming to an end quickly, so we should try and plan something to raise funds for CAC before school starts. Back in Illinois, there was this chain of pizza places and they would give out these discount coupon sheets for free, for the purpose of fundraising. You'd sell it for $5, and it had like $20 of savings or something. I wonder if any places around here have something like that. Well, that's my 2 cents so far, please share your ideas and if you'd be willing to do some fundraising on some weekend. Thanks.

If we try a weekend fundraiser i was think about a CAC carwash. hold it at walmart traffic at a good time, like when work ends like 5-8 with 5-10$ a car i think CAC could bring in some good money.
some input would be appreciated

hmm maybe but then again there is competion on that with the fast car wash basicly right across the street so idk if thats going to come up against us alot but that is a good thought i suppose
