I think the title here is self-explanatory. What motivates you to delete your account entirely on a whim, then remake it? It wastes our time and forum space. If you really feel the need to delete your account, then do it. But do NOT come back wanting your account again, or making a new one. As I have stated it is pointless extra work. New accounts made from the same IP will be banned, no questions asked. Deleting your account isn't something to be thrown around.

I agree with Demo, if you're deleting your account out of revenge or fury, take a few deep breaths and think before you do it. Members quitting and re-joining CACF gets rather annoying for us mods, and to those who have, please re-join under the same sn as you had when you left so your old posts will show that you posted them, instead of 'guest'.
