So, I recently put together a three-rail system for my FA-MAS. The rail goes on the handle, on the top of the gun, and doesn't block the iron sights.
That's the bottom of the rail system/handle, and the cocking lever, a few milimeters from being blocked by the rail.
This is the rail system mounted up. The three rails go around a body, the old top to my Crosman M16. I had to unscrew the rails and apply the tape, then put them back on. Also, I had to put a small amount of tape near the front of the rail, to keep it going straight, and not angling down with the handle.
Finally, the rail with all the accessories mounted on it.
